Are your hygienists W-2 employees?
Yes, all our hygienists are W-2 employees, ensuring compliance and providing you peace of mind.
Can you support multiple office locations?
Yes, we support multiple locations within one login. We can fully customize the access each individual has to make sure they see their locations and no more.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any confirmed shift free of charge up until 24 hours before the start time. After that, you'll be charged for the full scheduled shift to compensate the hygienist for their time.
Can we request specific hygienists back?
You can manage your team of preferred hygienists using our Favorites functionality. Favorites get priority access to your shifts so you can continue working with the same team over time.
