We're transforming the US dental industry with software that makes running a practice easier and more efficient. Our staffing platform is growing fast across the country, and we've just launched our second product. We're venture-backed and expanding to become the operating system for modern dental offices.

About the Role

You'll work in-person from our Amsterdam tech hub, reporting directly to our co-founder, Christian. You'll be a product engineer with significant ownership over major features and products, working directly with design and founders—we have no product managers. You'll build the platform that powers dental practices across the United States. This is an in-person role because we believe the best work happens when brilliant minds collaborate face-to-face—enabling rapid iteration, spontaneous problem-solving, and the kind of momentum that only comes from working side-by-side.

What You'll Own

• Build and maintain robust, scalable web and mobile applications using our tech stack: React, Node.js, React Native, Temporal, Planetscale, and AWS (TypeScript for everything)

• Work directly with Christian, design, and the founding team to shape product direction and implement new features

• Own major features from concept to deployment with minimal hand-holding

• Maintain high standards in code quality: clean, efficient, well-documented code

• Move fast and make technical decisions that drive our business forward

• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex challenges and build what users need

What You Bring

Must-haves:

• Strong proficiency in full stack development with experience in React

• Excitement for building web and mobile applications

• Self-starter who can take initiative and drive results with minimal supervision

• Desire to move fast and build something big—you're not here for incremental improvements

• High standards for code quality and a track record of delivering robust software

• Comfortable with ambiguity and the uncertainties of a fast-growing startup

• Eagerness to understand the business side and use that knowledge to inform technical decisions

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with our specific tech stack (React Native, Temporal, Planetscale)

• Startup experience in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working directly with founders or as a product engineer

• You only want remote work: this role is in-person for fast iteration

About the Team

We're a compact, high-performing team led by co-founders Nate and Christian, former Uber executives who launched and scaled product lines globally. Both grew up in dental families and maintain deep industry connections, giving us the insights to build faster and smarter.

Our team includes early employees from Uber, Adyen, Yandex, and Google. We're operators and engineers who've built and scaled tech platforms from the ground up.
