We're transforming the US dental industry with software that makes running a practice easier and more efficient. Our staffing platform is growing fast across the country, and we've just launched our second product. We're venture-backed and expanding to become the operating system for modern dental offices.


About the Role

You'll work in-person from our Austin office as a core part of our US headquarters. As an Operations Manager, you'll own 5-15 territories across the United States, with full P&L responsibility. You'll be the CEO of your territories—building relationships with dental offices and hygienists, driving growth and profitability, and making strategic decisions. You'll work directly with our Head of Operations and cross-functional teams to scale what works and solve what doesn't.

What You'll Own

  • Full ownership of multiple territories: growth, profitability, and strategic decisions

  • Build and maintain relationships with dental offices and hygienists via phone and in person

  • Launch and scale new markets

  • Create scalable processes that let us grow faster than headcount

  • Partner with our tech team to turn front-line insights into product improvements

  • Identify new problems beyond staffing that we can solve for dental practices


What You Bring

Must-haves:

  • 2-8 years of experience with a track record of winning in high-intensity roles

  • Highly competitive with a burning desire to make Teero #1 across the US

  • Strong analytical skills for P&L management

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills: you're great on calls and in person

  • Problem-solver who handles immediate issues while building long-term solutions

  • Self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity

  • High standards: never satisfied with "good enough"

  • Not afraid of nights and weekends when needed—this is a high-intensity role

Ideal backgrounds:

  • Former consultants or bankers who want to build something real

  • Early-stage startup operators who've worn multiple hats

  • Former entrepreneurs who understand the hustle

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in marketplace or staffing businesses

  • Dental industry knowledge

  • Operations experience at high-growth startups

About the Team

We're a compact, high-performing team led by co-founders Nate and Christian, former Uber executives who launched and scaled product lines globally. Both grew up in dental families and maintain deep industry connections, giving us the insights to build faster and smarter.

Our team includes early employees from Uber, Adyen, Yandex, and Google. We're operators and engineers who've built and scaled tech platforms from the ground up.
