About the Role

You'll work in-person from our Austin office as a core part of our US headquarters. You'll launch new markets, onboard dental offices, build relationships with hygienists, and drive growth and profitability across your territories.


But this isn't just a growth role. You'll be on the ground floor of expanding our product footprint, cross-selling new products into offices that already trust us for staffing. And because we're AI-native, you won't scale by throwing bodies at problems—you'll work alongside our tech team to build AI-powered workflows that let a small team operate at a scale that shouldn't be possible. The operators who thrive here are the ones who obsess over building the most efficient, most scalable version of everything they touch.


As Teero grows, so will you. We hire for this role at both the associate and manager level—placement is determined through the interview process. Either way, we're looking for adaptable A-players ready to grow with us. Top performers will gain more responsibilities, manage more territories and core processes.


What You'll Own

  • Full ownership of territories across the United States: growth, profitability, and strategic decisions

  • Build and maintain relationships with dental offices and hygienists via phone, video, and in person

  • Launch and scale new markets

  • Drive adoption of new Teero products within your offices—you're not just filling shifts, you're becoming their operating partner

  • Build AI-augmented processes that eliminate bottlenecks and let us grow faster than headcount—referral programs, onboarding workflows, territory dashboards, whatever it takes

  • Partner with our tech team to turn front-line insights into product and AI improvements

  • Identify new problems we can solve for dental practices and feed that back into our product roadmap


What You Bring

  • A track record of winning in high-intensity roles—this shouldn't be your first job, but we care far more about what you've done than how long you've been doing it

Our team includes early employees from Uber, Adyen, Yandex, and Google. We're operators and engineers who've built and scaled tech platforms from the ground up.
