About the Role

As our Product Marketing Associate based in our Amsterdam tech hub, you'll report directly to our CEO & Co-founder and be our foundational marketing hire. This is a full-time, in-office role where you'll have the unique opportunity to build our marketing function from the ground up and play a pivotal role in scaling our US market presence.

What You'll Do

Core operations

• Build Marketing Foundations: Establish scalable marketing processes, frameworks, and channels that will support Teero's rapid growth across the US market.

• Drive Staffing Marketplace Growth: Develop and execute marketing strategies to scale our core staffing product, creating compelling campaigns that resonate with dental practices nationwide.

• Launch AI-Powered Dental Billing: Lead the go-to-market marketing strategy for our new AI billing product, from positioning to campaign execution.

• Master Storytelling: Craft the Teero narrative across all channels, translating complex dental tech solutions into clear, compelling stories that drive adoption.

• US Market Strategy: Leverage your deep understanding of the US market to inform marketing strategies, messaging, and channel selection for maximum impact.

• AI-Powered Scaling: Utilize cutting-edge AI tools and technologies to maximize marketing efficiency and reach, setting new standards for marketing productivity.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and product capabilities.
