The request header Accept: text/markdown returns the same text. ## What This Section Is A directory page (https://www.teero.com/payers) listing 57 dental payers A to Z with the provider phone line, provider portal and electronic payer ID, plus 30 detailed payer guides at /payers/. It is reference material for dental front offices and billers, not a Teero product. ## Source Standard Every phone number, address, payer ID, portal link and filing rule comes from the payer's own public website or provider documents, or from a government site. Nothing comes from Teero's internal data. Values found only on third-party sites are left out. Each guide lists its sources and says it was "checked against the payer's own provider materials", with the date checked.
