## What Teero Offers DSOs
Teero supplies W-2 dental hygienists for temporary shifts and permanent hires across a group's locations, in all 50 US states. Teero staffs dental hygienists only. 15,000+ hygienists on the platform. For temporary staff, Teero handles benefits, payroll taxes, unemployment and workers' comp insurance, and weekly payroll.
- Multiple locations within one login, with per-person location access set so each user sees their locations and no more. Regional managers see the staffing status of all their offices in a single dashboard.
- Billing: by default each location is billed the day after the shift, terms on receipt, by credit card or ACH. Centralized billing is supported. Extended terms in certain situations (see the invoicing terms in the FAQ below).
- Customized enterprise pricing and extended payment terms for multi-location groups and DSOs. Contact support@teero.com.
- A dedicated account manager is assigned during DSO onboarding. Onboarding is 1:1 per office or for multiple offices as a group, with training materials, videos and walkthrough calls. Customized reporting.
- Cancellation: cancelling 24 hours or more before the shift is free; after that, the full scheduled shift is charged and paid to the hygienist.

## Pricing
- Staffing: 12% service fee on the hygienist's pay rate plus W-2 employer payroll costs (8-12%, by state), both shown before a shift is confirmed; together about 20-24% above the hourly rate. Subscription: none; no minimum, no onboarding fee, no contract. Permanent placement is free.
- Insurance Posting & Aging: 2% of insurance collections, with volume discounts for multi-location groups, and a monthly minimum of $800 per office. The onboarding fee varies by practice. No contract. Works inside Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft and Open Dental.
- Insurance Verification: $5 per comprehensive benefits breakdown, eligibility checks free, under the same $800 minimum. Insurance Verification is sold only as an add-on to Insurance Posting & Aging; it is not sold on its own. A group can start with one location and expand.
- Staffing and the insurance services are bought, priced and contracted separately. There is no bundle and no combined platform fee. A group can use either without the other. Teero does not submit claims: claim submission stays with the dental office, by design. Teero covers verification before the visit and posting, aging, denials, secondary claims and appeals after the claim goes out.

**What states/areas do you cover?**
We operate in all 50 states and continue to expand nationwide. Contact us to see our coverage density in your specific locations.

**Are your hygienists W-2 employees?**
Yes, all our hygienists are W-2 employees, ensuring compliance and providing you peace of mind.

**Can you support multiple office locations?**
Yes, we support multiple locations within one login. We can fully customize the access each individual has to make sure they see their locations and no more.

**What is your cancellation policy?**
You can cancel any confirmed shift free of charge up until 24 hours before the start time. After that, you'll be charged for the full scheduled shift to compensate the hygienist for their time.

**Can we request specific hygienists back?**
You can manage your team of preferred hygienists using our Favorites functionality. Favorites get priority access to your shifts so you can continue working with the same team over time.

**How does the platform work?**
Simply post shifts in the Teero app. From there, hygienists will request to work at your office. We’ll coordinate and manage all the admin work and will charge you only after the shift is worked.

**Can we get a dedicated account manager?**
Yes, you can. As part of the onboarding process for a DSO, we’ll connect you with a dedicated account manager.

**Do you have other positions available (assistants, dentists, etc.)?**
Currently, we are focused exclusively on staffing dental hygienists. However, we may expand in the future. Let us know if you need support with other roles.

**What are the invoicing terms?**
By default, our terms are on receipt the day after the shift. In certain situations, we also offer extended terms of 7 or 30 days.

**Can we pay centrally?**
Yes, we support centralized billing, allowing you to manage all invoices and payments with one team, simplifying your financial processes.

**Does Teero offer enterprise pricing?**
Yes. For multi-location groups and DSOs, we offer customized enterprise pricing and extended payment terms. Contact support@teero.com to discuss a partnership tailored to your needs.

**Who can my Office Managers call if there is an issue?**
Our dedicated support team is available 24/7. Office managers can contact us via phone, email, or chat within the Teero app.

**What reporting do you have available?**
We offer customized reporting adapted to your needs to make sure the admin work relating to tracking your usage of Teero remains minimal.

**How does onboarding work?**
Every office onboarding is 1:1 with a member of our team. If you’d like us to onboard multiple offices in a group, we’re also glad to do that.

**How do you screen your hygienists?**
We thoroughly screen all hygienists through 1:1 interviews, license verification, and ongoing two-way ratings to ensure they consistently meet our high standards.

**What happens if a hygienist cancels?**
If a hygienist cancels, we will notify you immediately and promptly work to fill the shift with an alternative hygienist, ensuring you stay fully staffed.

**Can my regional manager get visibility on their offices?**
Yes, regional managers can access the staffing status of all offices through a single dashboard, providing full visibility and control.

**Can we set up calls for you to take our team through Teero?**
Absolutely. We can schedule calls or virtual meetings to walk your team through the Teero platform and answer questions.

**Do you have training materials or videos you can share with our team?**
Yes, we offer training materials and videos to help your team get up to speed with Teero’s platform.

**How does billing work?**
We offer flexible billing options. By default you’ll be billed the day after the shift for each location, but we can work with you to adapt our billing to best fit your AP process.
